Users who opt in to our SMS program will receive promotional texts that include information about our services and links to book appointments. By opting in through form submission, you consent to receive SMS messages from Fertility Centers of New England, including promotional offers, at the number provided. These messages may also be labeled as coming from FCNE. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply “STOP” to opt out at any point or “HELP” for help.

If you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Fertility Centers of New England. If you would like to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing us at info@fertilitycenters.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive several messages when you first sign up and then likely no more than 1-2 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
