We’re Here to Answer Your Questions

When you visit Fertility Centers of New England for the first time, we want to get to know you. What has your journey toward parenthood looked like thus far? When you think about your future family, what do you see? Knowing you, your values, and goals is important to ensure you have the support and care you need during your treatment. We also know you have lots of questions. Our knowledgeable team is here to answer them.

What Our Patients Are Saying

“I have just started my treatment with Dr. Vitiello. The doctor has explained everything so well and has made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my procedures. I left her office feeling positive and optimistic which is something I haven’t felt in quite a while. Dr. Vitiello is wonderful!”

Before treatment begins, patients go through a series of tests and we develop a plan of care based on each person’s specific needs and goals. The evaluation process typically takes one completed monthly cycle, and may include:

  • Blood work and ultrasounds
  • Semen analysis and culture
  • A uterine structural study to detect blockages or malformations in the uterus and fallopian tubes
  • Endometrial biopsy, which can detect any inflammation in the uterine cavity
  • Identifying and correcting problems in the uterus and pelvic cavity
  • Cycle monitoring

We’re There When You Need Us

Because these tests must be timed at specific stages of your cycle, our offices are open every day, including weekends and holidays. If you are away from home, monitoring is also available on weekdays at satellite locations in all five New England states.

Reviewing Your Infertility Treatment Options

We offer each patient customized treatment options based on the information gained during the evaluation. If these initial treatments do not bring results, we can progress to the latest in assisted reproductive therapies. For those seeking genetic testing and treatment, Fertility Centers of New England’s renowned preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) program is also available.
