Hours of Operations
Clinical Care Team
Monday through Sunday
Available to answer calls, schedule monitoring appointments and respond to any voicemail and/or clinical portal messages from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Billing and Insurance
Monday through Friday
Available to answer any billing and insurance related questions, respond to any voicemail and/or portal messages from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Physicians
Monday through Sunday
- Physicians are available via Clinical Care Team between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
- The on-call physician is available on weekends via Clinical Care Team between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
- If calling after 5:00 pm and you have an urgent matter and must speak to a physician, you will be directed to leave a message with the answering service and the on-call physician will return your call.
Patient Care Coordinators
Monday through Sunday
Available to answer calls, schedule appointments and respond to any voicemail and/or portal messages from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Monitoring Hours
Monday through Friday
We are open early morning hours for patient monitoring services, which include blood drawing and ultrasounds. Please speak to the Clinical Care Team Coordinators to schedule all monitoring services.
