Fertility Preservation for the Armed Services

Defense Secretary, Ash Carter announced last week that the Department of Defense would implement a two year pilot project to provide fertility preservation benefits to members of the Armed Services. This program will also examine ways to broaden the current, yet limited policy providing reduced cost IVF benefits to active duty service persons.

The Fertility Centers of New England is a nationally recognized ‘Center of Excellence’ for reproductive healthcare. We are aware that cost is a major stumbling block for those needing advanced reproductive technologies including IVF and fertility preservation. We are proud to provide our outstanding personal service at the most competitive price available. IVF ASSIST which is an all inclusive IVF/ICSI program including 3rd cycle free if pregnancy does not occur is the most competitively priced program of its kind in the country. The most cost-effective, cost-competitive method of attaining a successful pregnancy is our IVF SELECT program which includes IVF/ICSI and Day 5 embryo biopsy for Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGS) which allows the transfer of a single embryo with normal chromosomes. Our egg freezing program not only provides women the potential of preserving their fertility for the future but also provides the nation’s best value for this innovative service.

The Fertility Centers of New England has proven time and again that compassionate personalized service resulting in high pregnancy success rates can be competitively priced. The men and women serving our nation in the Armed Services are most deserving of this as are we all.
